Yesterday, Maria Barlev and I got the opportunity to speak about Artificial Intelligence to 400+ Ørsted leaders 🎙️🚀 Together with special guests, Stephen Creasy and Jessica Fan from QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, we spent an hour on leaders' role in succeeding with AI. AI has been top of the digital agenda for a long time now, and as a global company operating in three regions, it was a great opportunity to share our AI achievements and future initiatives. ✨ Key Takeaways about AI for Leaders ✨ 🌎 AI is not just a tech trend; it's a strategic imperative. Leaders have to integrate AI into their strategic roadmaps to stay ahead 🌱 Building AI capabilities is important, encompassing talent development, refining operating models, leveraging technology, and managing data effectively 🧩 Change management is crucial, with a focus on adoption and scaling to truly harness AI's potential. Ørsted's AI journey is a collaborative effort, and as leaders, we must take an active role in steering our teams through the endless opportunities to unlock value. As a first step, our recommendations to leaders were: 💡 Learn about AI's capabilities and potential applications for your teams 🔍 Lean in by exploring and prioritising high-value use cases 🔗 Link up with our internal experts for support and collaboration Special thanks to Rasmus Errboe, who joined the session and gave Group Executive Leadership perspectives on AI 🙏 Chris Day, Nicholas Creswell, Calina S., Nicolas Matteazzi #AI #Leadership #Talk #DigitalInnovation

I don't do things by halves
7moA fantastic session: I learned so much, and it was super helpful to be reminded that leaders need to show the way and encourage their team to find ways to apply AI in their work - whatever the function. Thank you all!
