Wednesday Wellness It is a known fact that amethyst are great gemstone to manage anxiety and worries. They help with insomnia sonpittingnone under one's pillow is helpful. As they are also a comforting stone too. Enhancing one's health and well being and providing emotional support and confidence and calmness. Therefore when I work with clients in a healing session. The technique with working with the healing stone. I encourage the client to sit down. I ask them to hold the gemstone in their hand. Breath in and out deeply for a count of six. Imaging the mauve colour and feeling the texture of the stone. Letting go of tension and worries whilst breathing with intention in and out. I regularly get my client to do this in a healing sesison and it really enhances the healing experience. Clients state that is a lovely addition to their breathe work. Therefore if one is attending an important meeting an interview or undertaking an exam.
