Looking to boost your child's wellbeing? New research shows that reducing screen time drastically can improve your child's mental wellbeing in just two weeks. The constant stream of digital entertainment is time-consuming and energy-draining, especially for kids who need active engagement. A study from the University of Southern Denmark found that cutting screen time to three hours a week leads to rapid improvements in children’s behavior, making them more emotionally stable and socially adept. By setting boundaries and encouraging outdoor play and other activities, parents can help their children burn off energy in healthier ways and foster better peer relationships. Embrace moderation and watch your child thrive with reduced screen time! www.idtherapy.ro #IdTherapy #ChildWellbeing #ReduceScreenTime #HealthyKids #ParentingTips #MentalWellbeing #ActiveKids #OutdoorPlay #HealthyHabits #ScreenTimeLimits #ParentingAdvice #ChildDevelopment #HealthyBoundaries #ThrivingKids #EmotionalStability #SocialSkills #ActiveEngagement #HealthyParenting #FamilyHealth #ParentingHacks

⭐️Mental Health Check-In: Prioritising Wellbeing⭐️ After a long summer balancing work and family life, I finally managed to escape for a few nights away this week. As the spouse of a farmer, I often feel like a single parent, juggling life with ADHD and raising three children with special educational needs. This post isn’t about seeking sympathy. As a therapist, I know the importance of practising what I preach. Prioritising my own wellbeing allows me to be a more effective parent, a better professional, and generally feel more balanced. Yes, the guilt creeps in whenever I step away, but taking this time for myself was exactly what I needed to reset. Takeaways for others: ⭐️Self-care isn’t selfish; it’s necessary. ⭐️Guilt is natural, but it shouldn’t stop you from recharging. ⭐️By caring for yourself, you can better care for others. #MentalHealthMatters #SelfCare #WorkLifeBalance #ADHDAwareness #SENDParenting #TherapistLife #WellbeingJourney #ResetAndRecharge

Building a Resilient Future I'm truly grateful to share HAPPY KID, a course designed to support parents in nurturing resilient, emotionally strong children. Over the years, I’ve seen how foundational a loving, understanding environment can be for a child’s future well-being. Parenting, though rewarding, comes with challenges that can impact our kids’ mental health in ways we may not even realize. With HAPPY KID, my hope is to provide parents with tools and insights that make this journey a little easier, a little more mindful, and a lot more supportive. It’s about giving parents the confidence to guide their children toward healthy emotional lives, knowing that the love and care they pour in now builds a lifetime of resilience. HAPPY KID aligns with our vision of creating a happy learning ecosystem and reflects our core values—especially appreciation, as we recognize and celebrate parents’ efforts in building a brighter tomorrow. This project also embodies our core values of happiness and togetherness, creating a space for parents to learn, connect, and grow in their journey If you feel this course could help you, or you know someone who might benefit, please reach out or share. Let’s work together to build a future where our children grow up with the strength to thrive. vrinda krishnan Twinkle Baby Anees Poovathi Safvan Sayed #HAPPYKID #ParentingSupport #MentalHealthMatters #BuildingResilience #ParentingJourney
