Over the last six months, I've had the opportunity to step into a long time dream of mine as a side hustle. Helping evolving and growing businesses, their executives and Board members in framing GTM partner program options, risks, opportunities and capital outlays to build out new commercial opportunities with some of today's largest tech infrastructure partners has been nothing short of refreshing. For the last 15 years, I've lived in the enterprise technology landscape, serving partners, more often than not in earlier stages of building out new GTM verticals, product buildouts, re-sell and deliver practice roll-outs and all the associated considerations but on the publisher side of that collaboration. I'm grateful for the opportunity to really dig in, collaborate, guide and support new partner program evaluations and considerations helping these firms understand how to work with and not simply develop strategies to talk at their partner ecosystems but rather foster the engaging, inclusive, scalable playbooks that will enable mutual success.
