#SchoolExchangeProgram of MTS Ar-Rois and Gyeyang Middle School was successfully implemented on June 18, 2024 this program was implemented to broaden the #exchange of students' insights related to education, culture, and social life in #IndonesiaandKorea. This program was implemented with the hope of providing different learning experiences for students so that they are better prepared to face global challenges in the future. There are several sessions of this program activity including student introduction presentations and cultural introductions, both Indonesian culture and Korean culture then continued with a question and answer session between Indonesian students and Korean students to better understand each other's culture and increase knowledge and relationships. The #SchoolExchangeProgram has a very positive impact on the students and the schools involved because this program can provide valuable experience in understanding and appreciating cultural differences. Students can learn about the way of life, customs, and habits of people in other countries, which broadens their horizons about global diversity. Through collaborative activities and discussions, students are encouraged to actively participate, exchange opinions, and interact with students from different cultural backgrounds. This also increases their confidence in interacting with others, especially in an international context. We would also like to express our gratitude to MTS Ar-Rois and Gyeyang Middle School for participating in this program. Empowering Culture and Tradition In a world dominated by technology and automation, it's refreshing to see Jepara a little town in central Java Indonesia embracing and preserving its rich art culture and tradition. Known as "The World Carving Centre," Jepara organized a remarkable carving competition for elementary students. This event not only showcased the incredible talent of these young artists but also celebrated the importance of culture in our society and organizations.. For me, culture serves as the glue that holds us together, especially in challenging times. It's the driving force that connects us to our roots, strengthens our identity, and fosters a sense of belonging. Through this experience, I strongly believe that even in today's fast-paced world, where AI and automation dominate, we must never forget the value of our traditions and the significance of preserving our unique cultural identities. This initiative sends a powerful message. Culture is not just a relic of the past; it's a living, breathing entity that shapes our present and molds our future. #Culture #OrganizationCultures #OrganizationDevelopment #Leadership #Motivation #Youth #Ai #Technology

But adopting a Shoshin mindset reminds us to stay humble and gather new experiences. #linkedinforcreators #tokyo #japan

🌟 Transformative Journeys: My Study Experience in Korea 🌟 After a fifteen-hour flight, landing in Korea felt like stepping into a new chapter of my life. I was alone, yet I felt an overwhelming sense of opportunity at Dankook University. This experience has been nothing short of transformative. Facing language barriers head-on and immersing myself in new customs and perspectives have fundamentally changed how I view the world. Each day brought new challenges, but also incredible opportunities to learn and grow alongside peers who were just as eager to exchange knowledge and culture. The cultural exchanges have been breathtaking—from witnessing the mesmerizing Buchaechum dances to wearing traditional Hanbok, from spirited karaoke nights to engaging sports days. These experiences barely scratch the surface of what I've enjoyed here. However, the true highlight has been the people—the friends and colleagues I've met along the way. These relationships, born from stepping out of my comfort zone, have allowed me to create unforgettable bonds that I will cherish forever. I am profoundly grateful for taking this leap, for the bravery to venture beyond familiar grounds, and for the opportunity to be part of this life-changing journey. This experience is one I will hold dear for the rest of my life, a vivid reminder that the bravest step is often the most rewarding. #StudyAbroad #LifeChanging #CulturalExchange #DankookUniversity #Korea #GlobalEducation #LanguageBarrier #BeBrave #Networking

🎨🌈 Embracing Change: Learning New Things 🌈🎨 This Holi, I realized without Gujiyas, the celebration feels incomplete. Back in my village, Mom's handmade Gujiyas were a staple. However, that familiar taste seemed like a distant memory since moving to the city for work. With three days off this year and nowhere to go, I decided to take Gujiya into my own hands. Despite having zero experience, I turned to YouTube and spent six hours making Gujiyas. And you know what? By the end of the day, I surprised myself by becoming quite proficient! This experience got me thinking. In today's corporate world, new technologies emerge constantly. If we sit back assuming we can't keep up, we'll never learn anything new. The truth is, we can learn anything if we have dedication and discipline. It might take time, but the satisfaction of mastering something new is unparalleled. So, let's keep that learning spirit alive! 🚀 Don't shy away from trying new things; you never know what you might discover about yourself in the process. Happy Holi and happy learning to all! 🎉📚 #Holi2024 #Learning #NewSkills #KeepLearningAbality

Excited to announce that I am joining the ASEAN Youth Organization as a copywriter! As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, the role of youth in driving positive change has never been more crucial. Hence, organisations such as the ASEAN Youth Organisation (AYO)—which aims to empower and mobilise young leaders—are essential. By fostering a sense of unity and purpose, AYO equips young Southeast Asians with the tools, knowledge, and network needed to address pressing issues within their communities and beyond. As a young professional, I am excited to share my decision to join AYO and delve into the reasons behind this pivotal step in my career and personal development. Growing up in Southeast Asia, I have witnessed the diverse cultures, languages, and traditions that make our region unique. However, I have also seen our challenges, from economic disparities to social injustices. Joining AYO allows me to be part of a collective effort to foster regional unity and address these issues collaboratively. Through AYO, I hope to contribute to a stronger, more integrated ASEAN community where youth can shape a brighter future. Moreover, the ASEAN Youth Organisation's commitment to empowering youth, engaging and educating communities, and implementing initiatives for positive, sustainable change resonates deeply with me. As someone passionate about making a meaningful impact, I'm thrilled to join this dynamic community dedicated to creating a brighter future for our region. Joining AYO is about more than just professional growth. It's also about contributing to a larger movement that aims to create a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable future for all.
