Motivation Throughout different stages in our private and working life our definition of success and our motivation changes. However, looking back at my life/career, there is one “main motivator” that has been in my DNA from very early one. The desire to help others to reach their full potential. I dont believe in “ bad kids” i believe in “bad parents” i don’t believe in “underperforming team members” i believe in “ managers with a very low EQ” unable to “motivate/lead/mentor. Big part of my motivation/desire, to help others, is based on my |bad experiences and my failures. It is fair to say, I failed more than I succeeded, hence the tattoo on my left underarm “ Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.” I made it my motivation to turn “my bad experiences” into the driving force to a) envolve into a better person myself b) to help my fellow team members / students/ players, to become the best version of themselves.
