An inspiring week at Oslo Innovation Week! 🌍 This past week has been nothing short of incredible. As a first-time attendee at Oslo Innovation Week , I expected a lot, but the connections I made far exceeded my expectations. From conversations with innovators in Poland, Bulgaria, Italy, Pakistan, Romania, the USA, and beyond, it was clear: innovation knows no borders. We all came together in Oslo to share ideas, challenge the status quo, and explore how technology—especially AI—is reshaping industries globally. 💡 Diverse perspectives, one common goal 💡 Meeting so many people from different parts of the world, each with unique insights and challenges, reminded me of the power of collaboration. Whether discussing AI’s role in business growth or automation's impact on the workforce, the collective energy was contagious. The future is bright, and it’s global. ✨ Feeling inspired and ready for more ✨ After this week, I’m more motivated than ever to push the boundaries of what's possible. Igniteers at The Innovation Circle Summit! José Alberto Rocha, CEO of Igniteers, participated in The Innovation Circle Summit, celebrating three years of the Nova SBE Innovation Ecosystem. Under the theme "Visioneurship: Better Change Faster", José contributed to the session "Working with the New Generations: Are You Ready?", exploring how younger generations can drive innovation within organizations. The discussion highlighted strategies to bridge generational gaps and leverage fresh perspectives to accelerate meaningful change. This event reinforced the commitment of Igniteers to fostering collaboration and leading transformation in the innovation ecosystem, while embracing the potential of new generations to shape the future. 🚀

Shaping the future for the environment and the company with innovation. Take a look at what Jaeggi, Güntner and we as employees are doing to achieve this. Sustainable innovations are developed in the Güntner Group as part of the #ThinkIt programme. ThinkIt (https://lnkd.in/dMn_64-v ) is a global intrapreneurship programme in which teams develop and work on solution ideas within a protected space, but always in line with specific challenges and customer needs, and finally present them to the management for evaluation. Together with Naiane Conte and Jamison Ditthardt, I have had the opportunity in recent months to work purely remote on such a challenge in the data centre sector. Last week, we met in person for the first time in Munich. We put the finishing touches to our idea for our management presentation. And it was worth it. Not only the whole week were great, but also the result. We were able to convince the potential sponsors Michael Freiherr, Marco Baumann, Rodrigo Velazquillo, Tamás Schwarczenberger, Klaus Wittek and Hendra Damardjaya. That means we have and have now been the chance to continue working on our idea. What makes this decision so special for me? By deciding in favour of our proposed innovation approach, the management has shown that it is willing to explore new and alternatives path in greater depth and to pursue them further - alongside the established and successful entrepreneurial paths. In my opinion, this requires courage, determination and foresight. But even more: the freedom to realise such ideas. And this freedom is ultimately based on one thing: #trust. Trust in the knowledge, expertise and experience of us as employees. Under these conditions, I am delighted to be part of a great team and to be able to continue working on our idea for JAEGGI Hybridtechnologie AG and Güntner. With this we create an #impact for the group of companies, our #customers and the #environment. The Hungary Innovation Summit took place on 23 September 2024 in Budapest, bringing together the Hungarian innovation ecosystem. Participants explored the latest technological developments, start-up solutions, and business trends 💡 through inspiring presentations, workshops, and panel discussions. The EIT was represented by Adam Rottenbacher, Chief Operating Officer, in a panel discussion on European innovation strategies and practices 🇪🇺. The panel featured speakers such as Deputy State Secretary László Bódis, Margit Noll, and Ivo Denemark, moderated by Korányi László, Deputy CEO of the Hungarian National Innovation Agency. The debate focused on national and European instruments, the challenges outlined in the Draghi report, and fostering spin-outs from universities 🎓. Adam Rottenbacher highlighted the success of the EIT model in building innovation ecosystems that deliver societal value to Europe. All speakers agreed that while the EU excels in research 🧪, more needs to be done to convert this knowledge into successful businesses.
