He talked so much about how a Brand might have various definitions like Gut feeling, Value proposition, Logo, promise, A face of the company, but Branding is shaping all of those definitions together. I learned some of the key strategies from his talk like : 1) Understand your brand first!! Don't be afraid to ask questions about the purpose of the brand 2) Define your ideal audience. Every interaction with your brand, whether through customer service, your website, or social media, influences the perception of your brand. 3) Your Customer insights hold the greatest power for your brand. This involves not just the visual identity but also the tone of voice, messaging, and overall customer experience. 4) The real value lies in what the logo represents—the stories, experiences, values, and promises that form the core of your brand.
