Exciting news… We’ve just launched a Women’s Network for our female colleagues, marking a significant step towards diversity and empowerment within untypical. Our inaugural Women’s Network event in Solihull was a resounding success, with over 70 colleagues from across the business coming together for an engaging and inspiring day. The highlight of the day was a personal insight into Emma Cotterill’s (Sales Director) journey to leadership, offering valuable lessons and inspiration. We also welcomed Jo Britton from PACE Development who gave an enlightening session on how to manage our inner critic and boost self-confidence. We were thrilled to see the enthusiasm and engagement from our team and provide a platform for them to build meaningful connections, whilst inspiring them to reach new career heights.
