🌟Workforce Skills Gap Trends 2024: Survey Report🌟 “Springboard surveyed over 1,000 corporate professionals working at companies with at least 5,000 employees to understand where their workforce transformation priorities lie, how #skillgaps are thwarting progress, and what employees are most eager to learn.” In reading this article, I came across a statistic that said 70% of leaders believe “there is a lack of skills (i.e. skills gap) at your company that's negatively impacting business performance”.
