Check out the fun Q&A below with our President & Founder, Kenneth Kloeppel, and get to know him a little better!🤝 Q: What has been the highlight of your career as the President & Founder of Transport Pro? A: Relationships. Though we’ve created some great software, and our growth is a testament to our endeavors, we wouldn’t be where we are today without the support of all the people we’ve worked with over the last 15 years. From my team members and mentors to all the customers we serve, each and every one of them have had a positive impact on my career and life. We owe our success to everyone who took a chance on us, and helped build Transport Pro into the great community it is today. We’re excited to see what the future holds. Q: What did you do before Transport Pro? A: Before Transport Pro I worked for a company called BluegrassNet Development in Louisville, KY. I guess that's where you would say I got my start in web applications. My team and I were involved in building some of the first eCommerce and custom web applications starting back in 1999 when people barely knew what the internet was. Q: What motivates you? A: Being innovative and creative. The transportation technology space has changed dramatically in the last 15 years, and I think it will change even faster in the next five to ten years. It's fun to collaborate with our customers and business partners, to hear about the challenges they are having, and then produce a solution to help them in a matter of days. We’re lucky to have a nimble platform that lets me create new features on a Monday night, and have it deployed for beta to a customer by Tuesday. Q: What do you do for fun? A: Living in the FL Keys, I'm fortunate to have the ocean as my backyard. Most weekends you’ll find me on my boat fishing, snorkeling, or generally sitting around soaking up the sun. I'm also a member of a community steel pan orchestra in Marathon, FL, where I play the triple cello pans. I played music as a kid and throughout college. Coming back to that has been a great way to break away from the tech side of things for a bit. Q: What is your favorite food? A: That is a tough one because I eat just about everything. But my favorite food group is seafood. Fresh FL Keys shrimp is my favorite, but being a fisherman, we generally eat fish two to three times a week from what we catch.

Has it really been eighteen years, Thiyagu SFM ? It has, hasn’t it? Today, I want to introduce you all to someone very special, Thiyagarajan, or as we fondly call him, Thiyagu, our Assistant General Manager - Administration. When I think of Thiyagu, I still picture that young, eager soul ready to take on the world. There are people who say they want to learn, and then there are people like Thiyagu, who dive headfirst into every opportunity with their whole heart. Honestly, there’s so much to say about him that I don’t know where to start. Thiyagu isn’t just a part of this organization; he’s been its backbone for so many of us. I vividly remember the early days when we were setting up stations across the country, a herculean task, to say the least. Thiyagu was part of that core team, ensuring that amidst the chaos, our lives were just a little easier. And oh boy, did he rise to the occasion! Whether it was a late-night call or a last-minute need, Thiyagu was always there, making sure everything ran smoothly. Even now, I remember the day he got married. He was the groom, and yet there he was, making sure we were all comfortable and taken care of. That’s Thiyagu for you, always thinking about others, always going above and beyond. His journey from an executive to AGM is nothing short of inspiring. Admin work often gets labeled as just paperwork, but trust me, and trust Thiyagu, it’s so much more than that. It’s about understanding people’s needs, managing endless tasks, organizing chaos, and still keeping everything running like clockwork. And if anyone can do it all with grace, it’s him. Here’s to you, Thiyagu, for your hard work, your determination, and for being the man of steel who holds everything together. Thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do! #HoomansOfRedFM

🚗 From Permit Period to Onboarding 💼 Yesterday, my oldest son earned his driving permit. That same day at work we hosted a lunch with our newest team member. This is one of my favorite NEC onboarding traditions. It had me thinking just as the permit phase lays the groundwork for safe driving habits, the onboarding process sets the stage for success in the workplace. During the permit period, teens learn the rules of the road, gain confidence, and gradually take on more responsibility behind the wheel. Similarly, during onboarding, new employees familiarize themselves with company culture, policies, and procedures, while progressively assuming greater autonomy and accountability. Navigating the permit phase requires patience, clear guidance, and ongoing support to ensure the teen driver's development. Likewise, effective onboarding demands consistent mentorship, open communication, and a nurturing environment to foster the new employee's growth. Ultimately, whether it's earning a driver's license or integrating into a new role, successful outcomes hinge on trust, empowerment, and a collaborative journey toward proficiency. Come join our team and ramp up. https://lnkd.in/dg3zafze I can't guarantee that NEC will teach your teen to drive but I can guarantee that NEC will be here to support your challenges and celebrate your successes! #LeadershipDevelopment #OnboardingSuccess #DrivingPerformance

At Vecino Group, our "Gut Check" isn't just a phrase—it's a guiding principle. In every project we undertake, from concept to completion, we ask ourselves: Does this feel right? It's more than a measure of business acumen; it's a commitment to addressing a broader issue, impacting an entire community, setting an example, giving back, and inspiring everyone working on it with a greater sense of purpose. Our "Gut Check" ensures that every decision, partnership, and development resonates with our purpose of development for the greater good. It's about staying true to that purpose, even when it's challenging, and always striving to make a meaningful difference. In an industry driven by numbers and deadlines, our "Gut Check" keeps us grounded in what truly matters—people, community, and integrity. If a development isn’t moving us forward, we should be stepping back. Because when your end goal is bettering the world, you can’t take a lot of side trips along the way. #VecinoGroup #GutCheck #PurposeDriven #CommunityImpact #RealEstateDevelopment #DoGood #AffordableHousing #LIHTC
