I texted Tegan Trovato with some feedback about our latest podcast. Here’s how it went…and why it matters… Me: I just listened to our latest podcast with Rebecca Ryan, APF, FRSA Tegan: And what’s your fully honest feedback? Me: It was so inspiring, but not in an inspirational speaker sort of way. In a sage/wisdom way. The conversation called me home to parts of myself. I think in 2025 our best leadership is going to come from conversations that leave us inspired and coming home to ourselves as we spend our days building and solving. Tegan: So the episode was decent? lol Me: Hahaha. Yep. Just decent. The conversation that ensued had Tegan and I talking about the fact that we have been entrepreneurs since 2015. 2025 will be the tenth year in leadership, functioning as founders, for both of us. Like all leaders, we need a healthy dose of inspiration, and this podcast episode was that for both of us. Rebecca Ryan is a brilliant futurist because she roots what is ahead to deep wisdom of the human experience. A few years ago, I had the privilege of interviewing Coach Chot Reyes on The Inspiring Leader Podcast.
