Imagine, for a moment, that instead of contributing to a cycle of cruelty—whether ‘natural’ or ‘processed’—we could ignite a new cycle of compassion and healing, nourishing not only our bodies but also our souls and our planet. We’ve arrived at a pivotal moment where the environmental toll of a meat-heavy diet is no longer theoretical; it’s tangible and undeniable, affecting every corner of our Earth, from rainforests to oceans to our climate. Veganism is more than a dietary choice—it’s a conscious decision to align our lives with the compassion we aspire to uphold. It’s a call to reduce harm, honoring the principle that “might” does not make “right,” and recognizing that ‘dominion’ over animals is not about domination, but stewardship. For those moved by this choice, remember: in a world where each action holds power, choosing compassion is among the most revolutionary acts we can undertake. CALL TO ACTION 🚨 If this post resonates with you, please SHARE IT. Every voice, every action moves us closer to a world rooted in compassion and unity. This season, let’s create a legacy of empathy and respect that will echo for generations to come. #NewEarthLeadership #ThanksLiving #TogetherWeRise
This Thanksgiving, we’re presented with an opportunity—a choice to make a difference. By embracing plant-based options, we don’t just change our meal; we take a meaningful step toward saving lives and celebrating with compassion. As Paul McCartney so beautifully reminds us, with a little love, there’s no end to what we can do together. Let’s shake things up this year and celebrate a holiday of kindness! #Thanksgiving #NewEarthFrequency #plantbased #ThanksLiving #PaulMcCartney #WithALittleLuck Farm Sanctuary

My graditude journey. As I look back over the past year, I’m reminded of the importance of showing up and holding myself accountable for my own growth. Facing myself hasn’t always been easy—leaning into fear, learning from failures, and letting go of insecurities. But through it all, I’ve learned how powerful it is to feel good in my own skin and truly trust myself. Now, I know that whatever I set out to do, I am capable. Every connection I make, I know I’m worthy of someone’s time and energy. But getting here hasn’t been a simple journey. Building self-love and self-trust is hard work. It takes courage to confront insecurities and commit to nurturing yourself. It’s easy to use insecurity as an excuse, but I’ve learned that self-love is the real recipe for success. When you believe in your worth, you’re unstoppable. Here’s to the journey of self-discovery, growth, and embracing our full potential. With gratitude,
Today, we take a moment to be grounded and thoughtful, giving thanks for everything that serves us and helps us grow. Thanksgiving is a beautiful time to reflect on what may not be serving us, to embrace the opportunity to learn, and to find gratitude in every experience—even in those moments when we feel the weight and compression of life. We are incredibly grateful for the support of our communities, for everyone who has been a part of our journey, and for those we’ve yet to meet. Together, we’re stronger. Wishing everyone a warm and reflective Thanksgiving! 🧡 #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #EmpowerWomenCanada #ReflectAndGrow #CommunitySupport

Doing good is not as difficult as some people might think it is! Everyone, regardless of their socioeconomic status, can do good in different ways. Doing good does not always require wealth or resources, but it does require compassion and empathy towards others. Small acts of kindness such as volunteering time, donating items, or simply being kind and courteous towards others can make a significant impact on someone’s life. Additionally, advocacy, raising awareness, and promoting positive change in social, environmental, or political issues can also be a form of doing good that anyone can contribute to, regardless of their wealth or social status. Everyone can do good in their own little way! #GoodDeedsDay
Good Deeds Day! A day to celebrate the power of kindness by remembering the fact that everyone can be the change they wish to see, no matter how small the act. The holidays are a time for gratitude, connection, and celebration—but staying sober during Thanksgiving can bring unique challenges. Here are a few tips to help you navigate the day with confidence: 🍂 Have a Plan: Decide ahead of time how you’ll handle situations involving alcohol, and bring a supportive friend or accountability buddy if needed. 🍂 Focus on Gratitude: Engage in activities like sharing what you’re thankful for, volunteering, or spending time with loved ones who support your journey. 🍂 Know Your Exit Strategy: It's okay to leave if you feel uncomfortable. Protecting your sobriety is the ultimate priority. 🍂 Bring Your Own Fun: Board games, music, or favorite snacks can add joy and help shift the focus from alcohol to meaningful connection. #Thanksgiving It’s again the time of the year we all look forward to… preparing for the turkey, potatoes, fresh cranberry sauce and pumpkin pies - all part of celebrating this special tradition. It dates back to the Pilgrim’s 1621 harvest festival which became a national US tradition since 1863. It’s a wonderful start to the Christmas season. As its message is meaningful and universal- Thanksgiving is about having #gratitude. It’s a reminder for all of us especially in espousing and teaching our children about the blessings we have in life. Times have been challenging and for most, it has been more difficult than others. It is for this reason that being grateful resonates and should be at the core of our #familyvalues. It seems as part of our human nature that it’s usually easier to complain about problems and mistakes, or worse, do nothing. The lesson we derive from the pilgrims’ Harvest Festival is for appreciating having the fruits of their labor. This story is more relevant in today’s society, and in corporate board rooms. #Solutions and #strategies require choosing a path. And should not necessarily be the path with the least resistance. It has to be deeply rooted in which your journey, however, difficult will create real change, in turning dire situations into opportunities. Decisions have consequences. When there is no appreciation on what you have, particularly reciprocity for those individuals who have shown you love, support, friendship, and trust… Ultimately, you become accountable. This is true with our families, with work, career, and in business. Gratitude is not a choice, it should be inherent. And #leadership, without it, becomes less empowering and less meaningful. May this season enlighten all of us, make us pause, allow us to reflect, bring us all renewal. It’s a reminder that each day is a #blessing. I’m truly thankful for my family, for all my friends, near and far, and for those individuals who have shown kindness, generosity and support when you least expect it. Wishing you all a wonderful #Thanksgiving.

It seems that in today's world, there is a fear of morals, as evident in that we only have one day to be thankful, one day to appreciate each of one's parents, seemingly very hard to be held to these morals for more than one day. Should we cave to such standards? Find out about this question and more at oorah.org/asktherabbi #asktherabbi #atr #Thanksgiving

DAY 14 CHALLENGE If you're constantly getting takeout or find yourself always running through a drive-through, start tracking what you're eating for the next 30 days. Especially track what the children are eating. Burger, chicken fingers, salad, pizza....It's probably the same things over and over again. Many of these dishes can be made at home easily with a little planning ahead. This tracking can also become a meal planner for you to "rinse and repeat." Not only will it help your budget but it's also likely to be healthier. #sheknewtherewasmore #dianesheart #mindset #coaching #nonproft #sisterhood #community #singlemoms #moneymanagement TAKE ACTION: Simply like, comment, add reels to our posts or tag us in yours!
