Seequent's Chief Executive Graham Grant recently wrote an article on the critical recruitment crisis faced by geoscience professions for the UK’s Green Business Journal. In the article, Graham explains that teenagers are still having their heads turned by more traditional careers like medicine and engineering, at the expense of geoscience pathways which are critical for tackling major environmental, climate, and energy challenges.
