Customer attention is tough to maintain. With this strategy I executed a retargeting campaign that slashed my cost per purchase (CPP) to just Rs. 298 by focusing on existing customers!" Here’s what made it successful: Smart Audience Segmentation: I divided my audience into recent buyers (last 30 days) and long-term buyers (up to 180 days). This allowed me to send the right message to each group based on how familiar they were with the brand. New Product Ads for Recent Customers: For recent buyers, I showed ads for new products to spark quick interest and drive repeat purchases. Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) for Older Customers: For long-time customers, I used dynamic ads to remind them of products they might have missed or wanted to see again, making it easier for them to come back and shop. The Results? More Orders at Lower Costs : By focusing on retention, I transformed my existing customers into repeat buyers without spending a lot on new customer acquisition. This strategy not only reduced my cost per purchase (CPP) but also strengthened customer loyalty, leading to steady, long-term growth.
