Katharina emphasized the essential role of hybrid products and stabilizers and provided some insights into consumer acceptance, while other panelists explored exciting advancements in yeast fermentation, molecular farming, and microbial biomass production. The conversation reinforced the immense opportunities for collaboration and innovation in this rapidly evolving sector, particularly in sustainable and scalable solutions.
