This visionary leader will oversee engineering, software development, marketing, sales, and education, driving organizational growth while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative educational products and services. Responsibilities: Develop and execute operational strategies to scale the organization’s impact. Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and education, ensuring cohesive execution of goals. Oversee product development, ensuring alignment with market needs and user demands. Drive sales and marketing efforts to increase market share and brand awareness. Monitor operational performance, implement improvements, and manage risks. Manage budgets, optimize resources, and provide financial reports to stakeholders. Stay ahead of EdTech trends and lead product innovation efforts. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, representing the organization at key industry events. Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, EdTech, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: 8-10 years of senior leadership in operations, preferably within the EdTech or STEM sector. Proven track record in scaling operations and driving organizational growth. Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and expertise in the EdTech and STEM fields.
