Without sharing intricate details. I was exasperated by learning that residents in a development had been issued over 500 parking charge notices in just over one month for parking in bays they own. I would like to think, common sense and the ability to bring decision makers back to the drawing board has availed me the chance to re-negotiate terms, so that a relationship can be built between the service provider and the management company, and.... rebuild with our valuable residents. As large scale block managers, often we are criticised for not looking after our residents or developments, I am here to Showcase this not to be the case. I know my senior leadership Anthem Management, is focused on doing so and I intend to ensure we deliver above and beyond. 500 tickets...... Within 2 months..... Not at our development. Option 1: Work with me, on fair transparent terms, with a fair approach to our residents. Option 2: I replace you and end all association with such service providers. Anthem Management cares for its residents, and stakeholders. We take our responsibility seriously.

My Approach to Honoring a Team Member’s Legacy Losing a colleague is one of the most challenging moments an organization can face. It reminds us of the human connections that define our teams and the importance of honoring those who have made an impact. The tragic and senseless loss of Brian Thompson, a leader at UnitedHealthcare, is a profound example of how such moments touch not only families and colleagues but entire communities. When a team member passes, it’s essential to recognize their contributions and ensure their legacy lives on. My approach focuses on: 1. Creating a Space to Honor Their Legacy: Establishing a memorial, like a “Wall of Legacy” or a gathering space, to reflect their role and contributions. 2. Acknowledging the Emotional Impact: Providing support for colleagues through gatherings, counseling resources, and open communication. 3. Celebrating Their Life and Service: Hosting events where people can share memories and find healing through collective remembrance. 4. Leaving a Lasting Legacy: Creating initiatives like awards, scholarships, or projects in their name to carry their values forward. 5. Connecting with the Family: Supporting loved ones through personal outreach, shared stories, and memorial involvement. 6. Carrying Their Values Forward: Living out the qualities they embodied—compassion, resilience, leadership—in our daily work. Mourning is not about “closure” but transformation. By honoring those we’ve lost with care and purpose, we celebrate their lives and ensure their contributions continue to inspire us.

Let me tell you about one of our clients, an attorney who was always chasing these invisible trophies—like trying to be the most perfect, the one who never said no, or the one who didn’t need help. She worked the longest hours, rested the least, and believed she had to live up to everyone’s expectations. Sounds familiar? Don't water it down! After making an audit, you will surely realize that your journey throughout the year has been a transformative one. However, the tendency is always to demean yourself and look up to those who have achieved greater than you. We often rush to compare ourselves and water down our achievements. At the end of the day, we feel our efforts were not worth anything after all. Do me a favor. Do not kill down your confidence.
