Today, I-Solutions, in partnership with SomeraRoad, celebrated the groundbreaking of a new development in Kansas City’s historic West Bottoms. This phased project will introduce 168,000 square feet of office space, more than 1,200 residential units,100,000 square feet of retail, a boutique hotel and community gathering spaces. This $40 million #investment aims to transform the 11-story, 445,000-square-foot building in #NationalLanding, with improvements including a new entryway, lobby, conference spaces, and retail amenities. A new generation of sustainable office building. ✔️ The City of London Corporation has approved a 36-storey commercial development at 60 Gracechurch Street. The £500m development from Sellar has been designed by 3XN and is being touted as one of the most sustainable and first of a new generation of office buildings 60 Gracechurch Street will sit on the western edge of the City Cluster, providing over 37,000 square metres of Grade A office space. It will also deliver a range of public benefits including a sheltered public realm at ground floor level; widened pavements; a free-to-access destination known as the ‘Sanctuary’ space at level 35. As well as a public roof garden offering outstanding views.
