Project Models. It’s amazing seeing a project come to life, before soil is turned. This project requires a model to support the capital raise, which was made by one of our partners in Hong Kong and shipped to Australia for the sales suite. Designer NORTH+NORTH called for basic block forms for the buildings and a negative outline of the golf course, to highlight the amazing wave pool. Phased illumination in the model brought activity to a static form. #wavepool #model #design #propertydevelopment
