It is planned that they will replace traditional dashboards. All necessary information will be displayed in the form of a translucent interface directly on the windshield. This will allow the driver to focus on the road, minimizing distraction on the dashboard. Car owners will be able to customize the widgets displayed and display only the most important data. For passengers, there is also a holographic display that will show entertainment services without disturbing the driver due to the right viewing angle. Hyundai will be the first company to completely replace the entire dashboard with holograms, ridding the cabin of conventional screens. The company plans to launch mass production and implementation of this technology in cars by 2027. -- More innovation news: https://lnkd.in/dS3Np_JV #archtown #gadgets #zeiss

Augmented Reality vs. Conventional Head-up Displays: A Safety Comparison! In current and future vehicles, selectively displaying information within the field of view is crucial. Conventional Head-up Displays (HUDs) have the disadvantage of projecting information at a close distance of about 2m. For drivers, seamlessly integrating visual information from the vehicle's surroundings with the data displayed on the HUD is challenging. This leads to brief moments where the driver's attention is diverted from the external environment to comprehend the displayed information. This is where AR HUDs come into play, like the one developed by ZEISS. Now, drivers can concentrate on the road while simultaneously receiving relevant information in their line of sight at a comfortable distance of, for example, 10m. Important information is selectively displayed directly within the field of view, precisely when needed or relevant. This results in a significant safety advantage over conventional HUD systems. AR HUDs not only enhance road safety but also elevate the driving experience to a new level. #zeiss #microoptics #smartglass #hud #emobility #mobility #automotiveindustry #automotivefuture #automobilbranche #cars #design #augmentedreality #innovations #automobilindustrie

The popularity of AITO M9, the intelligent electric car co-created by Huawei (#HIMA), has brought #RoadPreview systems and #IntelligentSuspension to the forefront of consumer awareness. These advanced technologies are revolutionizing the driving experience by enhancing both comfort and safety. Road preview systems, primarily powered by #LiDAR (like Huawei's) or #DualCamera sensors, provide real-time 3D road surface information, including elevation, texture, obstacles, and gradients. This data is then integrated with vehicle status to proactively guide the vehicle's active or semi-active suspension system. The suspension system, in turn, adjusts the damping force of each wheel, vehicle height, and driving mode in real-time. This effectively suppresses body vibrations and controls vehicle attitude, resulting in superior handling stability and ride comfort. The seamless integration of road preview and intelligent suspension enables vehicles to effortlessly navigate diverse road conditions and unexpected situations while driving. This translates into a significant improvement in both passenger comfort and safety. In the realm of dual-camera road preview systems, two companies stand out: PhiGent Robotics and Beijing Smarter Eye Technology Co., Ltd. These innovators are leading the charge in developing cutting-edge road preview technologies. Road preview and intelligent suspension are poised to transform the automotive industry, paving the way for a safer, smoother, and more enjoyable driving experience. Stay tuned for further advancements in these groundbreaking technologies. #RoadPreview #IntelligentSuspension #ElectricVehicles #EVs #AutomotiveTechnology #HIMA #AITO #PhiGentRobotics #LiDAR #DualCamera

For each product type, we provide two headlights (halogen/xenon or matrix LED) and a control module. We provide three product bundles depending on vehicle price segmentation. Orbitlux-100 targets low-cost passenger automobiles ($7,000-$15,000). It uses the car's headlights. This gadget automatically adjusts high beams based on object recognition and vehicle speed range. It can be implemented in low-cost electrical and mechanical components, halogen, and xenon headlamps. Orbitlux-200 targets $15,000-$40,000 automobiles. This tool can adjust high beams and track objects. Vehicle tracking and classification require greater processing power and a higher-resolution camera. Also, only matrix LED headlamps have these features. Finally, Orbitlux-300 is for luxury cars over $40,000. It can do it all with night vision, pedestrian recognition, glare-free high beam control, curve lighting, and turn signal and sign projection. Thus, it provides enhanced road safety capabilities that are only available on matrix LED headlamps. #AutomotiveLighting #VehicleSafety #HeadlightTechnology #SmartDriving #AdvancedDriverAssistance
