Let's talk about the importance of professional development days. 📚 We're great at providing PD for campus-based staff and curriculum folks, but we often overlook our operational teams. Professional development is crucial for every team member in the school system—communications, HR, support staff—they all need investment. We must pour into them with new tools, resources, strategies, and techniques. Most importantly, we need to give them a break and dedicated time to plan and prepare.
