IDA Sports took the #SayThePay pledge to promote inclusive salary transparency policies that encourage organizations to diversify their teams to reach a high-performance culture. We pledge to include a salary or salary band for at least 50% of all job posts for 2024 and 2025. By removing the “competitive salary” ambiguity and fostering transparency, organizations can create a sports industry that values inclusivity, fairness, and empowerment for all its professionals.
