"There is no aid getting into Gaza." It’s a statement we hear all too often — but it’s not the full story. Despite the challenges, aid IS reaching Gaza. Right now, the entirety of Gaza's population is relying on aid for survival. With no access to food, water, shelter, or healthcare, families in Gaza are grappling with the unthinkable. Our team is working day and night to provide urgent care and aid, like food, water, shelter, medical support, and more. The people of Gaza cannot wait — and we will not stop doing our part. Can we count on you to do yours? Learn more at idrf.ca/palestineappeal

It is a HUMANITARIAN post, not a political post. https://lnkd.in/enAm4Kbz We live in one world, and when a part of it suffers, it is our duty as human beings to respond. As the UN report suggests, over a million people in Gaza are expected to face extreme starvation by mid-July 2024, and among those most affected are children. At this time, the privileged should feel at least 1% of the pain so that they feel they are in our thoughts. If you also feel no child should die of hunger, please sign the petition below and let us know you will fast with us from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on this 2nd of July to put pressure on international bodies to let the blocked humanitarian aid pass. https://lnkd.in/enAm4Kbz

People need your help to simply survive.
A drop in the ocean. The situation in Gaza is critical; only an alarmingly small amount of aid is reaching those in desperate need. We must act now to bring relief to those who are suffering. Tommaso Della Longa, IFRC Spokesperson, speaking to Delano D'Souza on FRANCE 24

Since October 7, 2023, Gaza has been enduring unimaginable hardships. From the start of the crisis, MedGlobal has been working tirelessly to alleviate the suffering of thousands of innocent lives. Your support has enabled MedGlobal to make a wide-reaching impact, but the need is still overwhelming. 16 medical points have been established, providing emergency care across Gaza’s most affected areas. 5,000 patients are treated daily, receiving essential care, from chronic disease management to lifesaving emergency services. 3 stabilization centers have been established to treat severe malnutrition cases. 25,000+ children have been screened across Gaza and now have access to nutritional supplements, and 8,000+ polio vaccinations have been administered, safeguarding the health of the next generation. We’ve deployed 29 U.S. doctors and nurses and trained 140+ local healthcare professionals, ensuring a more sustainable healthcare system for Gaza’s future. We’ve sent six lifesaving medical aid shipments and provided free healthcare services, including prenatal care, pediatric care, and mental health support to those who have lost so much. But the war isn’t over, and neither are the struggles of the people in Gaza. Families still need your support as they struggle without medical care, food, and critical resources. MedGlobal is continuing to provide free healthcare services, lifesaving medications, and mental health support to those most in need. But we can't do it without you.
After 383 days of suffering, enough is enough. Gaza deserves safety, dignity, and hope. MedGlobal is on the frontlines providing healthcare, but we need your support. Join us in saying #EnoughIsEnough. Visit 365DaysTooMany.org and help save lives. #365DaysTooMany

Good Neighbors Provided Help in Gaza Strip 🚨 We are responding to the needs of internally displaced persons (IDPs) and persons with disabilities (PWDs) affected by the Israel-Hamas Conflict in the Gaza Strip. In collaboration with the Italian NGO, EducAid , a total of 260 households—approximately 1,709 individuals—received hygiene and dignity kits. These kits included essential items such as soap, sanitary pads, body wash, cotton towels, and shampoo. We are planning strategically to enhance its interventions in the Middle East, particularly focusing on the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip. This initiative will involve collaborating with local or international organizations. By establishing a more substantial presence in these areas, we hope to make a meaningful impact on those suffering from the consequences of conflict and displacement, ultimately working towards a more sustainable commitment. Read more about our ongoing efforts: https://lnkd.in/gBVdtEEW At Good Neighbors, we respect the human rights of our neighbors suffering from disasters and enable them to rebuild hope. #GoodNeighbors #Gaza #IsraelHamas

As conflict continues to intensify in the Middle East, a displacement crisis is unfolding. Hundreds of thousands of people are without a safe place to belong. As the death toll continues to rise and an unimaginable number of people are fleeing for safety, we are expanding our Gaza Appeal to provide vital support in the broader Middle East region. Act for Peace today by making a gift to the appeal: https://lnkd.in/gEYgWvtD Because everyone deserves a safe place to belong. People in Gaza have been suffering the catastrophic effects of war for nearly 300 days, and the situation is not getting any better⚠️ Intensified Israeli attacks on 'humanitarian zones', never-ending relocation orders as well as closed and dysfunctional borders and attacks on aid agencies, continue to drastically impede the ability to deliver life-saving supplies into #Gaza. Food, water, fuel and medicines are running out. Children's time is running out. “We are doing everything we can to save children’s lives in Gaza, but our job becomes more and more challenging by the day" Save the Children's Regional Director for the Middle East, Jeremy Stoner. We need a #CeasefireNow and full humanitarian access across the Gaza Strip. Find out more in the new report on humanitarian access in Gaza➡️ https://bit.ly/3zWp6KL
