IEA de Paris (Paris Institute for Advanced Study)’s Post

🚀 We are proud to support and host the meeting of the working groups of #IPSP, gathering experts (scholars, civil society actors, international organisation experts) from 30 different countries. These groups work on transversal major contemporary themes such as "Global solidarity”, "Ecological Rule of Law”, "Efficient barriers against democratic backsliding” "Living wage", etc. with the aim of bringing together the best ideas and initiatives that can inspire the world and lead to better societies. Our director Saadi Lahlou, our scientific director Paulius Yamin, PhD, and 2 former fellows of the Institute Enrique Fatas & Lina María Restrepo Plaza also contribute to the reflection with their own field of study, being part of the "Inspiring Behavioral Change” Working Group (on the best international examples of ‘nudging’ behavioral change in favor of social progress).

D-Day ! 🌐Opening session of the IPSP Days at the climate academy in the presence of over 80 researchers, professionals from civil society and international organizations. 📘October 28 and 29 meetings are an opportunity to develop the collective ethos of the Panel. ✅All the participants contribute to plan the next development steps of our "collective intelligence for action" initiative through the launch of various working groups that focus on key issues such as systemic transformations, regenerative democracy, living wage, information as a public good, global solidarity, environmental rule of law. 🤝Thank you to the Académie du Climat - Ville de Paris and the Advanced Studies Institute of Paris (IEA) for hosting the event.
