Can IT Support Techs Transition to Sysadmin Roles Successfully? Answers: https://lnkd.in/g3qGiUJZ #CareerTransition #SysadminPath #ITSupport Hey everyone! 😊 So, I’ve got a question for you all. I’m currently working as an IT support technician with a focus on installing and maintaining printers. The job description mentions that I need to have a solid work ethic, good people skills, and a strong understanding of printer hardware and network connectivity. Now, here’s the thing: I’m considering whether this role can be a stepping stone to becoming a Sysadmin later on.
