SEEDED JUICE PULP CRACKERS ARE BACK 🎉 And if you’ve been here since the beginning, you'll know what this means. If not, time for a short story... I first made these in 2016. They sold out at Balance Festival in 2017. I blitzed, rolled, scored, baked and packed as much as I could. But it was never enough. I was gaining biceps, and losing money. They were too costly to make by hand at such a small scale. Granola was taking off. In 2019 I stopped the crackers to focus on granola. I told myself that as soon as we found a co-manufacturer, we’d bring these back. Turns out finding a co-manufacturer for my particular gluten/wheat/oil/yeast-free recipe was incredibly hard. Which perhaps explains why there weren’t – and still aren’t – any crackers like them in stores. 5 years, countless testing and one ReLondon grant later… THEY ARE BACK. So forgive me if I get a little emotional. It’s been a long journey and I am SO excited to finally share them with you. 🚀 Crackers 2.0 are more upcycled, delicious and nutritious than ever and I really hope you LOVE them. Does anyone have a good calculator or stats on the #carbonfootprint of various types of food & protein? There's a 20-60%+ variation in the numbers I find on EVERY website... plus a lot of shocking stats like eggs having a higher #co2footprint than chicken or bananas having a worse footprint than milk or pork It shouldn't be this hard to have decent average numbers, right..?
