A new startup company based in Balrath Co. Meath is supplying a fully-automated system that grows fresh wheat-sprouts at an industrial scale by simply adding water and heat. Agrotopia is based at Finnegan's Farm in Balrath, Co. Meath and Fiore Macari is the managing director of the company.

Our Demo Day and the F&A Next event were a big success.   🛥️ Yesterday, after a dynamic F&A Next day, we celebrated our successes with a charming boat tour through the canals of Amsterdam. It was the perfect ending to a week packed with engaging talks, insightful presentations from startups, scale-ups, investors, and corporates, all dedicated to revolutionizing the food and agri-sectors. 🗨️ Throughout the week, we delved into pressing issues within the food and agriculture industry, exploring innovative solutions. Highlights included high cuisine tastings made from commonly wasted foods and a critical session on water security, underscoring the importance of sustainable water management in the years to come. 🤝 Networking was, as always, a cornerstone of the event. We connected with numerous passionate startups and impactful investors and corporates, each bringing their vision for a sustainable future in food and agriculture. ⭐ Let's continue to accelerate the solutions we need in the food and agri-space. The future looks promising, and with the support and collaboration from this amazing community, we are on the right track to making significant impacts. Yesterday I was guest at the Intermodal Meetup hosted by Modility GmbH. Thank you very much for the interesting discussion about Corporate Startup Collaborations Ronja Stoffregen, Hendrik-Emmanuel Eichentopf and Martin Neuendorf as well as the invitation Nils Funke. 💡 I observe that more an more companies are practicing the Venture Clienting approach. What is interesting for me: Assuming that many core business problems are similar across companies, everybody is looking for the same solutions. 🤝 It therefore makes sense to join forces within an industry in order to find common solutions. I could imagine that Multi Corporate Venture Clienting could be the next evolution of this approach. 💫 We have been using a very similar approach for two years now in our Energy Transmission Ecosystem – and so far that leads to an increased innovation speed by lower cost.

🚀 Wrapping up an inspiring week at Oslo Innovation Week! 🚀   The Foodback team just had an amazing time diving into all things startups, US market strategies, and growth hacks for Norwegian companies looking to make it big across the pond 🌎✨   We were blown away by the energy and the innovative minds we met, from startup pitches, to seminars on go-to-market strategies and spending time with one of Norway’s most prominent figures in AI, Øivind Winge 🤘   Our top takeaways:  💡Market strategies matter! The US market is huge, navigating it requires local insights, boldness, and a deep understanding of what makes customers tick.  👑 Tech is King, but only with a human touch: Whether you’re in AI, feedback, or the foodie world (like us 🍽️), it’s all about blending tech with the right human-centered approach. Customers expect their voices to be heard and they want immediate responses 📣 🤝 Networking: This is where the magic happens ✨ Some of the best moments this week were over great food, laughter, and sharing stories with like-minded innovators and founders.
