Our latest project, "Breakthrough to Scale - Advanced Process Mentoring," is no exception. Thanks to constant monitoring and real-time adaptation, our mentors were able to provide tailored support to companies participating in the program. The results speak for themselves: - Over 60% decrease in time to market, time to profit, and income from sales of innovative products or services - 50% increase in the number of staff mentored on innovation management, go-to-market, and scaling - Over 70% of mentoring offers tailored to companies' needs - Company teams gained confidence in their capabilities to develop, launch, and scale innovative products or processes (4.2/5) - Overall positive impact of mentoring (4.3/5) We're excited to continue our impactful work with mentee companies and extend the vision, timeframe, and outcomes of "Breakthrough to Scale." ✨Teamwork Triumph✨ Last week I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Project Management with great success! Collaborating with my bachelor partners, we embarked on this journey as a team of four. Many anticipated it would be a challenge, and they were certainly right. But I wouldn’t have done it any differently. Here are some key takeaways from our journey: 🤝🏼 Communication and Alignment: It’s essential for any team project. Clear communication and continuous alignment ensure everyone is on the same page. 🚁 Compromise and Perspective: Sometimes, you need to let go of certain ideas for the greater good of the project. Trust the process. ⚖️ Balance Friendship and Partnership: It’s crucial to strike a balance between being friends and professional partners in a collaboration like this. A big thank you to our collaboration partner, Technolution, for a fantastic partnership in optimizing your internal portfolio management process in an agile and co-leading organization like yours! It’s been such an inspiring and interesting project - thank you for trusting us. And a special shoutout to my incredible thesis partners: Oskar, Pelle and Kasper! Three years have passed, but there’s still so much to learn. Being pleasantly surprised by the people around me is a true blessing, especially as I continue onboarding into Orbio World business specifics. Serious assignments to team members are completed in few days with fully taken ownership, my questions are met with insightful context, emphasizing the 'why'. Notably, 70% of our internal data consumers engage with data daily, shaping decisions and driving positive outcomes, always looking for more. What truly inspires me is the team's passion for achieving company results through daily experiments, trials, and continuous learning. As the week concludes, I am reminded of the incredible motivation that comes from a team willing to reach results, push boundaries, striving for better, faster, and more innovative solutions. The DAKI retrospective format ❌ Drop These could be anything that is distracting the team from project outcomes, to time wasting activities. The goal is that as these activities transition out, the value to the project should increase. ➕ Add As new challenges arise during the course of the project, innovation is required to overcome this. These are things that the team now believe should be added to what they do to replace the things that have been dropped. This may be something technical, a process, a resource or even a new process. 🎗 Keep These acts as the forget-me-not list that reminds the team of what needs to continue to happen in order to ensure the project is a success. ⏫ Improve Finally, there might be some activities that are already happening, but with a little tweak could increase its impact. This is a space for incremental changes and evolution to refine the way the team works.
