Cryo-Fluorescence Tomography (CFT) provides unmatched visualization of on- and off-target drug distribution in whole animals. Best of all, CFT integrates seamlessly into your existing in vivo imaging workflows. This 3D CFT image was obtained from a 1µg dose of ZW800-1-labeled FAP-targeting small molecule.
