As a previous FI Leader, I know deciding who to partner with isn't easy. I have learned that a shiny penny may be a shiny penny, but at the end of the day, what is its true value? Things to think about after a smooth deployment (which is also key), do you have the ability to manage the product, adjust, make changes, react to changes, etc. I think about a card breach - can you quickly adjust your intro, create an intent, change the routing to a special queue, or even create an SMS to send the caller additional information?
