In women with proven infertility and deep endometriosis, optimal management is still controversial. In our recent paper, we evaluated whether surgical treatment can be a tool for the reproductive desire of these patients. Thrilled to announce the publication of my latest opinion article, titled "Dysphoric Milk Ejection Reflex - Call for Future Trials," in the esteemed journal Archives of Gynecology and Obstetrics. This article highlights an underdiagnosed phenomenon of Dysphoric Milk Ejection Reflex (DMER), a condition characterized by abrupt emotional downturn in lactating mothers during early lactation.
