1wI thought a lot and I think especially in tech jobs, resumes should be considered less important because Canva and AI can standardize projects well. IIT and MIT don't matter if you don't know the technology being used in a company. It does make some sense if you want to filter based on education, but I think if you have Intervue.io, just filter out from the thousands and get the best.
