THE TRUE PROCESS OF HEALING 1. Surrounding yourself with positivity and healthy activities can be extremely helpful 2. It's important to notice the unhealthy habits and awareness is a huge part of the process 3. Patience is key, it's important to remember that it's a process and at first the results might not be noticeable, but that doesn't mean it's not changing 4.
