Do we all remember standing at the front and clapping for the NHS? Do we remember they was here before Covid and still are after?, no one claps now and how many people complain of the waiting list? delays in appointments? or an ambulance to turn up? Do you know who we have never clapped for?......Recruitment Agencies..... that's who. How many of us have said, oh got a LinkedIn last night from (Random name) Recruitment.... seen I'm a manager, HR, Operations Director etc.... I get bombarded with request, then someone will always say..."I ignore them, block them, tell them to go away"... If we stop to think, they are actually helping people find a job, make contacts, fill staff shortfall gaps. Yes they make commission and get payment for finders fees, I am not daft but why shouldn't they? Today a few Recruitment contacts have been in touch and two more have connected with me and offered help in my search. So I will be out later, letting the neighbours think iv lost the plot and banging my pans together in celebration of these unsung hero's of employment whilst saying a thank you for their support! The Challenges of HR Admin in Hospitals: Navigating the Frontline of Healthcare HR HR Admin professionals in hospitals play a vital role in managing the workforce, supporting patient care, and ensuring regulatory compliance. However, their role comes with unique struggles that can impact their job satisfaction, well-being, and the overall healthcare environment. Some of the struggles faced by HR Admin professionals in hospitals are having to navigate staffing shortages, high turnover rates, and recruitment challenges while maintaining quality patient care, having stay up-to-date with the ever-changing healthcare regulations, ensuring hospital compliance and avoiding costly penalties. They handle sensitive employee issues, conflicts, and grievances which requires empathy, tact, and effective resolution skills.
