Since 2010, Tsume has been continuously innovating and reinventing itself to face adversity. We have successfully launched true "Game changers" since the Covid situation. I am referring to Ikigai and particularly MUB 2.0, which have created a major and distinctive enthusiasm. But the most important challenge in our business model is undoubtedly the reversal of the pre-order system. That is why we have invested significantly. You can see that since September 2023, we have proven on Ikigai that we are capable of achieving this challenge. Well, we must not stop there, and in order to continue on the path that is dear to us, we have decided to strengthen our ties with CIM Capital. Our goal is to continue in this direction, which means pursuing this vision that is close to my heart, where the customer remains the center of attention. Went to the London PropTech Show this morning representing Artefact to better understand the state of the UK PropTech sector. Some very good talk, in particular from Alexandra Jezeph at Places for People on how to transform TfL bus depots into mixed use community hubs and how AI can support that decision making. We also heard from the Minister of Housing Lee Rowley that its a growing and strategic sector but "we can't really invest in it, we can just legislate it to foster growth". Other speakers where blunter saying that Government is their key blocker to growth and the lack of long term vision hampered growth. In general, the PropTech event was very small compared with similar events across other industries. The few exhibitors there were mostly doing IoT applications, selling smart locks or had a tenuous link to PropTech, the stands were basic and the delegates quickly ran out of things to look at. Some strange stands were present as "filler" such as the one trying to flog Dubai properties while others never turned up. The London PropTech show could barely take up half of one of the smaller halls in ExCel. It shows that while the sector is growing, UK property remains far behind other sectors when it comes to the uses of AI and tech. There seems to be little interest and real world application from the large players. None of the national landlords or REITS were present, either on stage or as exhibitors. The speeches mostly talked of AI in very general terms saying "its coming" but without clear examples of what it will do or when. Enthusiasm seemed to be slightly forced. I left feeling today feeling that there is still much work to be done to enable the property industry to catch up with other sectors in which Artefact currently operates. This is both an opportunity and a curse.
