But you can warm up your audience and target them effectively. Brand marketing and demand creation is having a massive impact (as opposed to demand capture) 2️⃣ ICP Refinement We've been working super hard on our ICP and what this really means. It's not "B2B tech companies who are looking to invest in gifting and direct mail". We're laser focused on tech overlaps that match our ideal buyers, sub-segments, personas etc. 3️⃣ We send a ton of gifts and it works Digital + gifting/offline channels can have a massive impact. Every company I speak to that uses these channels sees a massive uptick when they turn omnichannel... It's a no brainer now. 4️⃣ They work with sales. Introduced a new sales strategy to a client today. The client was a small business struggling to generate leads. We decided to implement a targeted and personalized digital marketing campaign. Here are five things I learned from the day: 1. Tailoring is key: Understanding the specific needs of the customer is critical. Customized messaging resonates better. 2. Omnichannel presence: Being present on all channels where the target audience is located boosts brand visibility. 3. Metrics matter: It's not just about sales.
