In Q4, our Strategic Resource Group hosted a unique Global Delivery Forum in London, convening 30 senior executives from TA’s EMEA-based portfolio companies to discuss strategies for launching global delivery models (GDM). The event focused on practical steps for getting started, as well as ways to scale and optimize global delivery operations for long-term success. The forum featured a full lineup of internal and external speakers. Highlights from the agenda included: ▪ Joao Boto Goncalves from Cyncly, Vernon Barback from Russell Investments, Terry T. and Radu G. from The Access Group and Jean de Villiers from Unit4 shared their respective GDM journeys, outlining key lessons learned, pre-requisites for success and strategies for overcoming common challenges. ▪️ Kinesh Doshi and Rohit Jayaswal from Accion Labs offered a unique point of view on what to consider when working with GDM partners. ▪️ TA’s SRG led a session on AI’s complementary role in enabling global operations, highlighting ways it helps companies drive automation and process transformation. ▪️ TA Operating Partner Robin Crewe led a presentation on the business benefits of harnessing global delivery.
