Focus on key benefits and unique selling points such as our innovative recruitment solutions, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. ·  Ensure the design is professional, engaging, and consistent with Erekrut's branding. ·  Include the Erekrut logo Post 2: Job Seeker Campaign ·  Design a post that encourages job seekers to apply at Erekrut. Highlight advantages such as diverse job opportunities, supportive work environment, and career growth prospects. ·  Make sure the design is eye-catching and aligns with Erekrut's brand identity. ·  Include the Erekrut logo 2. Short Video: (For your ref: https://lnkd.in/emd2vJJN & https://lnkd.in/eKK7xcGb ) ·  Video: Employee Testimonial ·  Create a short video (15-30 seconds) featuring Erekrut. The video should be engaging, highlight the positive aspects of using Erekrut, and align with our brand's tone and style. ·  You can use animations, or any other creative elements to produce the video. Ensure the video is of high quality and suitable for sharing on social media platforms. · Include the Erekrut logo 3.      Portfolio Submission: · Share your portfolio showcasing a range of your previous design work. This should include various types of designs, such as social media posts, advertisements, branding materials, and any other relevant projects. ·  Ensure your portfolio is well-organized and accessible via a link or a PDF file. Submission Guidelines: ·  Format: Submit your designs in high-resolution JPEG/PNG format for the social media posts and MP4 format for the video. Provide a link or PDF for your portfolio. ·  Naming Convention: Use the following naming convention for your files: [YourName]_Post1, [YourName]_Post2, [YourName]_Video, [YourName]_Portfolio. ·  Deadline: Submit your completed assignment by 05/06/2024 till 6:30 PM ·  Submission Method: Email your files to Khushi.bhardwaj@erekrut.com with the subject line "Graphic Designer Assignment - [Your Name]".
