Sure, the traditional RCT has the advantage of a high level of control, but this same level of control limits applicability to the real-world setting. Each plays an important role in investigating and applying evidence-based nutrition, and together, they form a powerful team.

WHO report that worldwide estimates are that 9.6% of men and 18.0% of women aged over 60 years have symptomatic osteoarthritis? 80% of those with osteoarthritis will have limitations in movement, and 25% cannot perform their major daily activities of life [2]. Although the title is simple to read “home” , “enteral” and nutrition ! The decision tree is very complex since it involves every one from the patient, caregiver, doctor, dietitian and the nurse. A chain of actions that affect one another: the position of the feeding tube affects the EN delivery method, which in turn affects the formula type, the frequency of care, and so on.
