Agile methodologies have transformed the software industry by promoting flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness to change. These principles, rooted in the Agile Manifesto’s emphasis on “responding to change over following a plan,” have enabled software teams to thrive in environments characterized by rapidly evolving requirements and market demands.
