This is a great story of "Follow Your Passion". However, technical competence alone is not enough. There are so many restaurants already in Singapore and many of the owners have similar skills to him. And many of them closed down. I hope Han Jie has learnt how to run a business. Cooking is just ONE element of the restaurant value chain. I hope he has learnt them during his internships too. Else... start small. Run a food truck. Grow with experience. Best way to success!
