Hot take: panels at conferences are not good because both the questions and answers are improvised and are necessarily surface level, as opposed to the more traditional talks where the speaker has prepared for months or years about the specific topic they're presenting on.

Some tough choices to make, so many good sessions….

I just arrived in Zürich where I will speak at the Beyond Budgeting Round Table conference tomorrow. Very much looking forward to hearing about cases at Roche, Caritas and Handelsbanken! I will share some lessons learned from various agile transformation attempts that I have experienced over the last years and foresee an interesting dialogue on Beyond Budgeting as a critical success factor for agility.
