If your training is teaching you how to do something, that’s good. If you understand why you’re doing what you just learned, that’s even better. But if you can’t explain to someone else how to do what you've learned, including getting them to understand why it’s a good thing, all of this has limited value. We need a new kind of learning opportunity that is effective and affordable and closes the technology gap. Fortunately it is here.
