This isn't the case at all, as if contractors are being provided they should also be able to demonstrate their competency. What is our Outsourced Competence Assurance Support (OCAS) services? Many organisations don’t tend to consider the competence of their personnel until there is an incident or there has been an audit where there is substantial NCRs.
