A Frequent Issue for OEMs – and a Solution That Works! I often hear this from OEMs: How do you integrate vision systems into new or existing machines without adding unnecessary complexity or cost? Our new OEM module and the VC nano 3D-Z, that it's based on, solve this with embedded technology: The sensors are ready-to-deploy, do not need any extra hardware and thus can be installed easy, fast and without disruptions to operations. Curious how it works in practice? In the video, Dirk Schaar asked me exactly how the OEM module fits into real-world applications like 3D laser profiling and real-time angle measurement. We discussed how it simplifies the process and delivers powerful results without adding complexity. Want to see it in action? 📍 Visit us at Hall 12, Booth A02 during EuroBLECH 2024. It’s a great opportunity to explore how the OEM module can enhance your production line – and I’d love to discuss how we can support your vision integration needs. What challenges are you facing with vision integration? Let’s talk at EuroBLECH!

While the two PREMET Devices differ in their capabilities, they both use the most modern and powerful sensor for the measurement. All following analytics rely on the quality of its signal; therefore, we did not cut any corners. The PREMETs are equipped with the most advanced SmartSensor from Kistler Group. Besides its incredible accuracy even under high temperatures it also features some quality-of-life improvements. For example, the calibration data is stored within the sensor. Exchanging of the sensor will therefore not need a recalibration of the device. But what about our acoustic emission sensor? Follow us to learn about it in our next week's post.
