Thanks, Elīna Kozireva, for the thought-provoking and still highly relevant question! During our recent 3-hour onsite session in LT, I was genuinely inspired—not only by the chance to engage with our listeners face-to-face but also by the incredible energy and feedback they shared. This experience reminded me of the unique value onsite interactions bring, fostering a level of engagement that’s hard to replicate remotely. Onsite work enhances spontaneous collaboration, with easy access to "the best tools" and, of course, great coffee, tea, and snacks! It’s a setting that can truly inspire and spark creativity, especially for brainstorming and problem-solving. However, remote work has its strengths, offering flexibility, reduced commute stress, and a quiet space for focused tasks. In today’s hybrid environment, balancing both approaches allows teams to stay connected and productive no matter where they are. Finding that “sweet spot” between onsite and remote work can be transformative, creating an environment that energizes and empowers!

Meeting our Luminor Lietuva colleagues to discuss important things (and not only 🤭) This time we agreed to meet in the office, to have all in one room and guess what - this is absolutely different feeling, those are not only photos in Teams, we are real people - team - which goes extra mile in everything! 💪 Thank you Jekaterina for idea, and Edvinas for support! Sure thing we enjoy hybrid working, but such meetings in office have some special vibe and energy! 🌟 😊 Which way of working is more preferable to you? #luminorgroup #team #hybridworking #yesyoucan #teamwork
