By default we can configure for all interfaces passive interfaces and then for the necessary interfaces we are writing "no passive interface".

B passive interface disables ospf interface but the interface can still broadcast there network prefix for other routers to reach

B. By configuring interface as Passive interface it stops participating in dynamic routing protocol.
