Let us be honest about HR personnel! Have you guys been to HR seminars? So insightful! Im just not totally happy about one thing, tell me why Human Resources isn’t good at giving candidates feedback as to why they didn’t make it to the next level of the recruitment process You would do follow ups, phone calls and…nothing! Isn’t that supposed to be part of the job description? Tell the candidate why they failed, tell them where to improve, especially candidates who come to you looking for feedback! Can we talk about this!
