𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗰𝗲 🧊 Katharina Fojtl & I have started bringing WeBorn to company events, & it’s awesome to see innovative companies 𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵, 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 &, 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹, 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹 🧊. Our ice bathing & breathwork workshops there are pretty cool just by themselves, but the benefits for companies go beyond that: 🫶🏼 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Conquering ice baths together boosts oxytocin, the “bonding hormone.” 😎 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: After doubting they can handle it, people experience a skyrocketing confidence when they do. 💪🏼 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Who wants unhappy or broken employees? Wouldn’t you prefer mentally strong, healthy & happy employees? 🚀 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘂𝘁: Unique events set you apart & make you more attractive. So, if you want a closer team with higher confidence & less risk of mental breakdowns, reach out & let’s heat up your team events too 🔥 We're happy to join you wherever & even happier to welcome you in the studio in Vienna for the full flow soon! 🔥 #WeBorn #BornToThrive #TheWeBornExperience #Founding #FounderStories #CompanyEvents #EmployerBranding

𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲, 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝘄, 𝘄𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳! 💥 What a way to start the year! Last week, our Front Row team gathered at the Germany office to lay the foundation for an exciting and ambitious 2025. Our motto for this year: "Move fast, stay excellent." But how do we bring this motto to life? Through actions, teamwork, and new perspectives. Our kickoff was all about setting this in motion. 🎯 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 In focused breakout sessions, we brainstormed ideas on how we level up in 2025 and transformed them into actionable measures our teams can follow up on. 💡 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 We had the privilege of welcoming two outstanding guests, who shared their unique perspectives with us: Moritz Fuerste—Olympic champion, and co-founder of HYROX—shared what makes great teams thrive: clear goals, leveraging individual strengths, and creating trust. Alina Schmalzl from move UP GmbH delivered an engaging keynote, helping us rethink how mindset impacts performance. Her insights on embracing change and strengthening our mental game will stick with us as we tackle the challenges ahead in 2025. 🏆 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 Our core values—Entrepreneurial Spirit and Generous Collaboration—are the foundation of everything we do. As part of our kickoff, the team voted to recognize four colleagues who embody these values daily. Congratulations to our Value Award 2025 winners: 🥇 Anne Dedow 🥇 Claas Hartmann 🥇 Oliver M. 🥇 Josha Wiesner 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁… A huge thank-you to Anne Freymuth, Tanja Weber, and Miriam Bullinger for their flawless organization and attention to detail. Your efforts made this event a truly unforgettable experience for all of us. Now, with big ideas, clear plans, and this amazing team, we’re ready to take on 2025. #LFG 🚀 #FrontRowLife

🌟 You Are a Brand 🌟 Yesterday at velvet space coworking, The Matchmakers Community came together for an unforgettable evening. The energy was contagious as people shared their insights, lifted each other up, and created a space where everyone felt seen and valued. Some beautiful takeaways from this transformative workshop led by Raya Drenski: ❤️🔥 Witnessing the genuine support and wisdom shared by this group was inspiring. It’s incredible to see how people grow when they’re surrounded by others who believe in the power of community. ❤️🔥 There’s something special about a room filled with those who are eager to learn, share, and lift others. Years of community-building showed through as participants embraced growth mindsets and practical learning. ❤️🔥 A playful and effective “mirror-mirror” exercise was a highlight. Watching guests—many meeting for the first time—reflect each other’s strengths was moving. It reminded us that even the most advanced AI can’t replace the unique human ability to read the energy in a room and truly see each other’s gifts. ❓How do you help others shape their personal brand? Do you believe it’s essential? I’d love to hear your thoughts. #HumanOverTech #AmplifyingPotential #YouAreABrand #personalbranding #elevatinghumans #thematchmakers #buildingconnections With Lara Bettina Melanie Zsanett Kate Ricardo Anna Debora Julian Maryna

"So make the friendship bracelets Take the moment and taste it You've got no reason to be afraid” 🎤 “You’re On Your Own Kid” by Taylor Swift One of the most common questions I get at Gainsight (beyond “why do you have so many shoes?”) is “what have you learned about running events?” Coming off the high of having 2000 members of the #CustomerSuccess community together with us in St. Louis last week at #Pulse2024, I thought I’d share 5 things I’ve learned over 11 years of Pulse events: 🎉 Create and Execute On a Bold “Fun” Theme: So many conferences are SOOOOO boring! A big chunk of the reason is the events lack a soul. For us, the formula that’s worked is to start with a cultural concept that evokes emotions. In this case, we made Pulse 2024 all about high school and the 1980s. We then had our design dream team, led by Hayley Cromwell, execute a stunning visual experience, including high school lockers, a Breakfast Club spoof and branded jean jackets! 💪🏾 Link the “Fun” Theme to a Business Theme: We juxtaposed the humanity of the past (1980s and high school) with a human and vulnerable look at the future. Everyone naturally has excitement and anxiety about the effect AI will have on humans. We announced what we called the “Human-First AI Playbook,” including dozens of AI-powered features in our product. ❤️ Lead With Vulnerability: As many of you know, I’m a fan of bringing vulnerability to business. This shows up at Pulse in many ways. One is me doing a closing keynote about my personal journey. This time, I shared a story about adversity and uncertainty (climbing out of the Grand Canyon after just tearing my ACL in the canyon) and what it means about understanding our own work and personal futures, particularly in the face of AI. I think opening up sets the tone for others being “real” with fellow attendees. 👊🏾 Build Community: Nothing brings me more joy than seeing the #CustomerSuccess community coming together - to help each other, give advice or be a shoulder to cry on. We try to reinforce the concept that “Pulse is not a Gainsight conference, it’s a community conference.” In the first keynote, we do our annual “Pulse fist bump” (find a neighbor and give them a fist bump). Symbols like this go a long way. 😂 Moms FTW: While Andy Cohen (our celebrity guest) was funny, no one could top my mom. Quite bizarrely, my mother has become a big part of the Pulse community and regularly has been featured in the keynote. Whether walking onto the stage to give me a fist bump and tell me “you forgot your lunch” or pitching Andy Cohen on a TV idea (see below), family help to humanize the experience of a business conference. While those are my learnings, the real stars of the show were our EPIC events team, led by Lauren Olerich and Kat Leong. Best in the business, my far! What have you learned from hosting events (whether big conferences or small dinners)?

The reality of building an amazing company is, it's F'ing hard. Last week at SXSW was amazing, but the one thing no one was talking about was the sheer hustle and effort it takes for each Founder and Leader to attend this conference. I saw founders go from; ➡ Networking events to bug fixing ➡ Workshop sessions to client calls ➡ Presenting on stages to investor meetings ➡ Meets ups and pancakes to sprinting across town for customers On Wednesday, as I jumped from 7am morning networking yoga (lush, I know) to cold call and deal reviews back to a lunch session and across town to interview reps and then late-night networking, I couldn't lose this ongoing thought. A thought I saw validated at; ▪ Pre SM demo day drinks meeting some amazing tech stars Founders ▪The tech innovation hub area ▪ Listening to personal favourites Jason and Jodie in the 'It takes a village' session ▪Post SM demo day drinks debriefing with mentors, investors and founders ▪ Thursday at FKS pancakes and the brilliant growth session led by Bryan interviewing Paz, David and John ▪Thursday night networking But, we make it work to; ▪Meet 10's of people IRL for the first time ▪Find new team members, partners, investors or co-founders ▪Have breakthrough conversations that change how we see the world, our own business or ourselves Reflecting on the week, this is a reminder this is what it's meant to feel like as you build something amazing. Your to-do list will be stacked. Your competing priorities all seem no.1. Your follow-ups are going to seem endless. And, that's okay. I look at each of these conferences as an operating system update, and I write this after putting myself to sleep and rebooting with inspiration and energy ready to attack this last few months of the year. Shoutout to the amazing Sarah Ju-En Tan for this augmented reality map of SXSW 🔥 Trying something a little different with the continued gaming vibe, a follow-on from our Sim's template ;) p.s. I wasn't allowed to use all 120 selfies or tag everyone I hungout with at the conference in this edit, so there will be more to come 😂 If we caught a moment or pic together, I'd love to see it and hear about it!
